Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction beyond the provided API is strictly prohibited.

All content, features, and functionality of AllInsights.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, and software, are the exclusive property of AllInsights.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

5. Limitation of Liability

AllInsights.ai provides data and analytics on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of insights provided. In no event shall AllInsights.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AllInsights.ai at our sole discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
